DAV International School, Amritsar, under the aegis of DAV CAE, New Delhi, organized a workshop for Punjabi Teachers on 20 August 2014. Ms. Rajwant Kaur was the resource person for the workshop. Teachers from different DAV Schools of Amritsar zone like DAV Public School, DAV International School, Police DAV Public School,Guru Nanak Dev DAV Public School, Bhikhiwind and M K DAV Public School, Neshta, Attari attended the workshop.

Felicitating the guests with a floral welcome, the Principal, Anjana Gupta in her welcome address expressed her gratitude towards the DAV CAE for providing golden opportunities of conducting such workshops. She also thanked Mrs. Rajwant Kaur for accepting the invitation for updating and enriching the knowledge of Punjabi teachers.

In her address, Mrs. Rajwant Kaur stressed that the teachers should be familiar with the evaluation process and should make the most of the opportunity offered through such workshops.

She exposed the participant teachers to the teaching and marking techniques supported by hand outs and audio visual aids.

Overall it was an enriching experience for all the participants.
