The celebration of Independence Day, at DAVIS, was envisioned to stoke nationalistic fervor. The celebration commenced with a Morning Assembly commemorating the nation’s independence. A new spirit of patriotism was invoked in young DAVIANS by releasing of pigeons, depicting India’s freedom. The tiny toddlers won everybody’s heart by showing their patriotic ardor towards our nation. They sang patriotic songs eulogizing India and its freedom fighters.

Principal Anjana Gupta hoisted the flag and briefed the students about the importance of this day. Further she added that every Indian should stoop his/her head before the freedom fighters of India as their tireless efforts and sacrifices led to the achievement of this prestigious day.
