Investiture ceremony 

Today, a momentous occasion i.e. the investiture ceremony was held at DAV International School in which the newly elected members of the School Senate were officially vested with their respective positions. Considered as the most prestigious ceremony in the schedule of  school events, it provides a platform to the students to display their leadership and administrative acumen. This occasion was presided over by the school Principal Ms. Anjana Gupta. In her address to the budding leaders she emphasized that maintaining discipline on the school campus should be their topmost priority. She also advised them to set examples and be role models in this regard for the other students to follow. Aditya Aggarwal of XII was chosen as the Head Boy and Simarpreet Kaur of XII  was appointed as the Head Girl. Aditya Jindal and Mamta from XII were selected as President, Student Council for boys and girls respectively. All the chosen members of the Council were conferred  with badges and sashes by the honourable Principal. The ceremony concluded with the 'Oath taking' by all the council members in which they promised to abide by the rules and regulations of the school with utmost sincerity, dedication & commitment.
