DAV International School celebrates Teachers’ Day.

Teachers’ Day was celebrated at DAV International School, Amritsar on 5^th September, 16. A special morning assembly was organised by the students. On this occasion, Principal Anjana Gupta addressed the students and said that since early ages, teacher is valued above God. A teacher is an epitome of knowledge who not only guides his students but also acts as their role model. She appreciated the efforts, dedication, and devotion of the teachers which brought laurels to the school. The performance of students on stage exclusively for teachers was a memorable one. Students from different grades exhibited their talents as a treat to the teachers. Activities like flower arrangement, crown making, file decoration, role play and skit made the day explicable. The Principal applauded their efforts and honoured them. The tiny tots organised games for the teachers of Primary wing. The students took great effort and ensured that teachers enjoy every minute. All the students expressed their thankfulness for their teachers.
