8 students set International Roller Skating Record

“Champions are made from something they have deep inside them – a desire, a dream, a vision”. Eight students of DAV International School, Amritsar added yet another feather in the school’s cap by getting their name registered in the prestigious International Book of Records. “The Wheels Roller Skating fun for everyone” organized a skating event near Imperial City, Loharka Road on 12^th -13^th August. 2017. The 26 hours long skating marathon which was successfully completed by our students began at 10 a.m.on 12^th August and ended at 12 noon on 13^th August, 2017.

Ridhi Sharma (III), Aviraj Singh (III), Banipreet Kaur (V), Ansh Kapoor (VI), Shivam Mehta (VIII), Ansh Marwaha (VIII), Shivay Goswami (IX) and Shivnandan (X) displayed great grit and determination under the able leadership of Coach Harkawal Singh.

Principal Anjana Gupta, congratulated the students and their parents on this stupendous achievement and for bringing laurels to the school.
