In order to examine the multifaceted functions and operations of business, a workshop on BST was organized at DAV International School, Amritsar under the aegis of DAV centre of academic excellence, on 23 august 2014. The workshop commenced with the lamp lighting and floral welcome of eminent resource person Mrs. Tripta Sekhon. During the workshop the veteran resource person urged, the invited faculty members from different DAV institutions, to focus on the performance enhancement of students. Further she added that the students should understand the relevance of what they are studying. This will develop lifelong learning skills that will help them adapt to technological advancement, the changing workplace and global economy. The workshop was made more interesting by indulging different activities which emphasized the significance of casing question papers and curriculum.

The Principal Anjana Gupta paid her gratitude to the resource person and presented a souvenir as a gesture of love. Principal, in her speech, laid stress on the fact that unidirectional teaching methods should be used for nurturing the students.
