Student Council  
The student council of school acts as a governing body for all the clubs and committees functional on the school premises, ensuring their smooth execution at each juncture. It is a panel which serves as the voice of the entire student body and works enthusiastically to foster a feasible learning environment. 
The Students Council, at DAV International School, Amritsar  consists of two main bodies - STUDENT GOVERNMENT and CO-CURRICULAR CAPTAINS. 
STUDENT GOVERNMENT comprises the Head Girl, Head Boy and the Discipline Committee Member.  The other panel of CO-CURRICULAR CAPTAINS which consists of  heads of various co-curricular areas, confirms the hassle-free conduct of all the events.
The student members of the student council work under the able guidance of the head of the institution to  meet the vision and mission of the school in the best possible manner.
