A proud moment for DAV International School that one of its students Salil Arora of Class XI has been selected for Indian Cricket Team Under -19. Principal Dr. Anjana Gupta has gladly announced that Salil Arora will participate in upcoming Asia Cup Tournament to be held in Sri Lanka from September 08, 2019 to September 13, 2019. It is indeed a spectacular achievement for DAV International School. Principal Dr. Anjana Gupta congratulated Salil for bringing laurels to not only his parents, school, Amritsar City but also Punjab and brought recognition to them at International Level. Salil started playing Cricket at a very tender age. He has been awarded with so many prestigious awards at State and National Level. He was an indispensable member who contributed 654 runs to win Cooch Bihar Trophy, 2018. At present he is a wonderful Captain, wicket keeper and batsman in One Day Cricket Under – 19.

Principal Dr. Anjana Gupta whole heartedly congratulated Salil Arora for his hard work, determination, dedication and persistence. She also gave credit to his Coaches Mr. Rajan Gill and Mr. Rahul Sharma.
