On February 11, 2020 the budding artists of grade – LKG presented a dazzling show in their Annual Function titled ‘Etiquettes – the Essence of Human Life’ to spread the message of moral regeneration in the society. Esteemed Dr. Mrs. Neelam Kamra, Regional Officer, DAV Public Schools, Punjab Zone – A presided over the function as the Chief Guest. Manager of the school Dr. Rajesh Kumar, LMC Members – Advocate Sudarshan Kapoor & Sh. Shiv Kumar Gupta were among the other special guests. Grandparents & parents of the young artists were also a part of the show.

After the sacred lamp lighting ceremony and DAV Gaan, the eminent guests were accorded a special Green Welcome by the host Principal Dr. Anjana Gupta. This was followed by an address by the Principal in which she extended a formal welcome to the present gathering and highlighted that through such theme – based functions, the sole aim of the school is the overall personality development of the children, other than the academic growth.

The function began with a wonderful Welcome Dance performance by the LKG graders. This was followed by their cultural presentation in which they advocated the basic human values which have got lost in the present hi-tech era.

Chief Guest Dr. Mrs. Neelam Kamra was left amazed at the young talent. She, in her address, asserted that it is very important to assert the values of respect, truthfulness, cleanliness, patriotism etc. in our young generation so as to give noble citizens to the society.

Advocate Sudarshan Kapoor praised the school Principal for her efforts in inculcating such valuable values in the school children and extended his blessings for an even brighter future.

The function concluded with the chanting of National Anthem.
